Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, seeks a Design Consultant in Nashville to visit homes and present window and door replacement options. You will close on the same day using our proven sales process, with no cold calling or project management involved.

This full-time role offers uncapped commissions, paid training, mentorship, and a path to top earnings, including an annual Sales Trip and comprehensive benefits. Travel to residential appointments is required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 3 hours for appointments daily.
• Ability to lift and carry 40–60 lbs of sample materials.
• Capable of navigating iPad applications.
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Visit pre-scheduled residential appointments to present window/door replacement options.
• Provide information for homeowners to make a same-day decision.
• This role is a strong sales closing position with no cold calling or project management.
