Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026. Design Consultants visit residential homes to present window and door replacements and close sales in a single call, with comprehensive paid training and uncapped commissions.

Current openings offer full commission structure, advancement opportunities, and an insurance/retirement package. Travel up to 2 hours daily is expected, with support from a trusted brand and mentorship.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods or high‑value transactions.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Willingness to travel up to 2 hours for appointments daily.
• Ability to lift and carry 40–60 lbs of sample materials.
• Comfort navigating apps on an iPad.

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled home appointments and present window/door replacement options.
• Provide all necessary information for homeowners to decide on the spot.
• Close the sale in a strong one‑call close without project follow‑up.
