Job summary

Renewal by Andersen in Knoxville is seeking ambitious Design Consultants to join our in-home sales team. You will attend pre-scheduled residential appointments and present window and door replacement options to homeowners, guiding them to a same-day decision.

This role focuses on sales closing and does not involve cold calling or project management. Earn a full commission structure with no cap, plus paid training, mentorship, and opportunities to win an annual Sales Trip.

Qualifications

• Valid driver\'s license is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 3 hours daily for appointments.
• Ability to lift and carry 40–60 lbs of sample materials.
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad.
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Visit pre-scheduled residential appointments to present window and door replacement options.
• Provide information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on projects.
• This role is strictly sales closing; no cold calling or project management.
• Earn uncapped commissions with a paid training program and ongoing mentorship.
