Job summary

Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is seeking motivated Design Consultants for our New Jersey Territory. You will visit pre-scheduled residential appointments to present window and door replacement options and drive same-day decisions.

This full-time, commission-based role includes paid training and a clear path to uncapped earnings. Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, be comfortable traveling up to two hours daily, and be able to lift 40–60 lbs of sample

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Willing to travel up to 2 hours for appointments.
• Ability to lift 40-60 lbs of sample materials.
• Capable of navigating applications on an iPad.
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Visit pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide homeowners with all information to make a same-day decision on window/door replacement projects.
• Engage in a strong one-call close sales approach with no project management or follow-up required.
