Renewal by Andersen is seeking motivated sales professionals for a high-velocity, in-home consultative selling role in the Northern Indiana Territory. You will visit pre-scheduled residential appointments to present window and door replacement options, guiding homeowners to same-day decisions.

The position offers a full commission structure with no cap, paid training and ongoing coaching, and eligibility for comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and a 401(k).

Competenze

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.
• Ability to travel up to 2 hours for appointments daily (driving required).

Mansioni

• Go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide homeowners with all information needed to make a same-day decision.
• This is a strong one-call close sales role with no project management or follow-up required.
