Job summary

Renewal by Andersen, the premium division of Andersen Windows, is seeking a motivated Design Consultant for the Greater Nashville area. This full-time role involves visiting pre-scheduled home appointments to present replacement window and door solutions and close deals using our proven sales process.

You will receive comprehensive training, coaching, and mentorship, with an uncapped commission structure and a strong earnings potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Have a valid Driver’s License (required).
• Comfortable traveling up to 3 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required).
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials (required).
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required).
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide all information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on replacement projects.
• Close deals using a structured sales process without cold calling or project management.
