Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows, focused on delivering exceptional window and door replacements for homeowners. We’re seeking motivated sales professionals to join our November 2026 training class as Design Consultants in residential settings.

You will present options, address homeowner questions, and drive same-day decisions. Position features a full commission structure (uncapped) with paid training, mentorship, and opportunities for top-performer trips.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel up to 3 hours for appointments daily.
• Able to lift and carry 40-60 lbs of samples and materials.
• Capable of navigating various iPad applications.
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods or high-value transactions.
• Eagerness to learn a structured, proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide all information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on replacements.
• This role is a strong sales closing position with no cold calling or project management.
