Job summary

Technogym S.p.A. is seeking an energetic Sales Account Manager for Private Clients to cover the Chicago area.

This field-based role focuses on new business development and account management within the Home Consumer segment, building networks with architects, designers, and showroom partners. You will manage a large portfolio of products and solutions, travel regularly, and drive CRM usage while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience as Sales Account Manager in luxury retail or design industry.
• BA/BS Degree in Business Administration, Sales or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Selling aptitude with emphasis on business development.
• Willingness to travel and hold a valid US driver's license.
• Knowledge of local market traffic and media networks.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Sales Performance by achieving sales targets.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Localize and sell the Total Wellness solution through partnerships and customized packages.
• Define local segment market strategy with Marketing for campaigns and events.
• Visit partners daily and nurture relationships; travel regionally (>50%).
• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close with in-person visits.
