Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to provide quality warranty service to homeowners in San Antonio, Texas. The role involves working with homeowners on warranty matters, ensuring a positive homebuying experience through timely resolution of service requests, and conducting inspections prior to home delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct homeowner meetings to assess warranty requests
• Coordinate service appointments between homeowners and trade partners
• Manage service requests including entry, updates, and closing
• Perform quality inspections before home delivery

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
