Job summary

Brohn Homes is seeking a Customer Care Technician to conduct warranty inspections, walk buyers through the process, and resolve warranty calls by visiting homes and coordinating with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple repairs across communities and work primarily from or around customer homes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction, warranty as well as sales and operations.
• Problem-solving skills are a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes to determine warranty eligibility and resolve issues with customers.
• Coordinate with customers, managers, vendors and subcontractors to complete repairs.
• Manage and schedule all repairs with contractors and customers.
• Follow up and inspect repairs to ensure completion.
• Instruct customers on home maintenance and clarify non-warrantable items.
