Job summary

BRAVAS in Dallas is seeking a Service Coordinator to allocate deployable service resources and schedule technicians and subcontractors at job sites, while ensuring clear client communication and keeping records for invoicing and warranty data.

The coordinator may also manage shipping expectations and must prioritize customer needs, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to laws in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and assemble scheduling information.
• Time management and logistics experience would be beneficial.
• Computer skills and ability to learn in-house software.

Responsibilities

• Provide Sales positions with available dates for requested resources.
• Update work orders and job software for dispatch details.
• Coordinate with warehouse/purchasing on product arrivals.
• Communicate appointment details and delays to customers.
• Obtain gate codes and access requirements for sites.
• Prioritize resources to meet customer needs and company values.
• Inform all parties of delays, cancellations, and scheduling restrictions.
• Attend departmental meetings as required and adjust schedules.
• Read daily notes and disseminate information to required actions.
• Schedule effectively considering priority, drive time, and technician efficiency.
• Interact with high-profile clients and their personnel.
• Maintain fiscal responsibility for assets and property.
• Provide excellent customer service and protect confidentiality.
