Job summary

BRAVAS is seeking a Project Coordinator & Scheduler in California to support Project Managers, align technicians’ schedules, and serve as the communication link between clients, field teams, and internal departments for multiple concurrent jobs.

The role blends logistics, coordination, and follow-through, reflecting our values of collaboration, accountability, proactivity, curiosity, passion, and creativity.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in project coordination, scheduling, or operations; construction/tech/field services a plus.
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, Monday.com).
  • Experience with ERP/PM platforms such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Procore.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for scheduling and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear communicator with technicians, managers, and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Supports Project Managers with day-to-day project activities, documentation, change orders, and milestone tracking.
  • Builds and manages installation and technician schedules across multiple projects based on scope, location, and skills.
  • Monitors resource availability and adjusts schedules to delays or conflicts.
  • Coordinates with warehouse and logistics teams to align schedules with material delivery timelines.
  • Tracks procurement and ensures timely delivery of equipment and materials to job sites.
  • Acts as central communication link between clients, project managers, subcontractors, and field teams.
  • Schedules client meetings, site walks, and punch list closeouts; communicates scope and schedule updates to stakeholders.
  • Produces daily/weekly dispatch summaries, timelines, resource utilization reports, and closeout docs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

The Role

TheProjectCoordinator & Scheduler sits at the center ofprojectexecution, supportingProjectManagers, coordinatingtechnicianschedules across multiple concurrent jobs, andserving as the communication link between clients, fieldteams, and internal departments.
