Job summary

Oasis Luxury Smart Homes in Scottsdale seeks a Home Technology Sales Consultant to build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and translate our residential home automation, audio, video, lighting, and shades offerings into clear, compelling solutions.

You will conduct sales calls, site visits, and follow-ups, create accurate quotes, coordinate with operations and leadership, and nurture client relationships to drive growth and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales (B2B preferred, but good instincts count).
• Strong communication skills—clear, warm, and direct.
• Comfort juggling multiple deals, timelines, and personalities.
• Basic tech fluency with CRM systems, email and spreadsheets.
• A bias toward follow-through—you do what you say you’ll do.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads—from first conversation to signed agreement
• Translate offerings of residential home automation, audio, video, lighting, shades into clear solutions
• Conduct sales calls, site visits, and follow-ups with consistency and care
• Create accurate quotes and proposals
• Coordinate closely with operations, project teams, and leadership for smooth handoffs
• Track activity, opportunities, and forecasts in CRM
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships
