Oasis Luxury Smart Homes in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a hands‑on AV Field Project Manager to lead residential installations from rough‑in to ribbon‑cutting. You’ll collaborate with lead techs and project managers to deliver high‑end automation systems for discerning clients, ensuring craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in residential AV, low‑voltage, or home automation, with experience programming Control4, Savant, or Crestron, and solid networking knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of residential AV, low‑voltage, or home automation installation.
• Familiarity with programming platforms: Control4, Crestron, Savant.
• Strong understanding of network fundamentals.
• Experience reading construction drawings and wiring schematics.
• Comfort with ladders, lifts, and hand/power tools.
• Self‑motivated, solutions‑oriented, and team‑minded.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Install, configure and program AV and smart‑home systems including Control4, Savant, or Crestron
• Pull, label, and terminate structured wiring for audio, video, and network systems
• Mount TVs, speakers, racks, and related components with precision and care
• Configure routers, switches, and wireless networks for seamless system performance
• Programming and troubleshooting of automation platforms
• Perform quality checks and system testing before handoff to project management
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Communicate clearly with clients, builders, and teammates—representing Oasis with professionalism and courtesy
