Job summary

CLT Recruiters presents an opportunity with a premier custom home builder in Monmouth County, NJ. You will drive business development, manage client relationships from first call to signed contract, and collaborate with design, estimating and project management through preconstruction.

Reporting to the owner, you’ll build a pipeline, network with architects and agents, negotiate deals, and hand off to production.

Qualifications

• Sales or client-facing experience in construction or luxury home services.
• Coachable with ability to learn company strategy.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and personable with strong networking and communication.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads and build a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Foster relationships with architects, designers, real estate agents, property managers and other referral partners.
• Lead inbound inquiries and guide clients through preconstruction with the estimating team.
• Assist in estimating: assemble scope, solicit pricing, develop proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and hand off to production.
• Maintain CRM and report on the sales pipeline.
