Qualifications

• High-end residential construction experience required.
• Breadth across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, finishes, millwork, appliances and building envelope.
• Track record of running custom residential projects end to end, on budget and to a luxury finish standard.

Responsibilities

• Own the schedule, the quality and the financial performance of your own projects.
• Write and execute client and vendor contracts yourself.
• Keep submittal logs and O&M documentation clean and current.
• Stay in daily contact with clients and design professionals.
