Mountaintop Construction Inc. in Towaco, NJ is seeking a Custom Residential Project Manager & Pre-Construction Estimator to lead high‑end residential and commercial builds from estimate through handover. You will coordinate crews, budgets, and communications with owners, architects, and inspectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management or residential construction estimating.
• Proven track record in high‑end residential remodeling, custom additions, or structural renovations.
• Experience using Buildertrend, Procore, or CoConstruct for scheduling, logs and client comms.
• Ability to read architectural drawings, specs, and detailed cost estimates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential and commercial projects from scope definition through closeout.
• Serve as primary liaison with homeowners, architects, and inspectors, delivering updates.
• Prepare detailed material takeoffs, labor estimates, and subcontractor quotes.
• Manage project budgets, change orders, and supplier schedules.
• Conduct site visits to verify quality, plan compliance, and safety standards.
