Toll Brothers, America's Luxury Home Builder, is seeking a dynamic part-time Sales Assistant for a premier luxury community in St Johns, FL. You’ll support the sales team, assist with customer visits, and handle administrative tasks through the sales cycle from first contact to move-in.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This role offers on-site work with a Fortune 500 company that values teamwork and outstanding client

Qualifications

• Essential: High School Diploma or GED; 1+ years of sales or administrative experience; Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Part-time availability; Excellent planning, organization, communication, and administrative skills.
• Preferred: Associates or Bachelor’s degree; CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the sales team.
• Monitor community and model home appearance to meet company standards.
• Utilize core applications such as Salesforce, Pivotal, Microsoft Office.
• Prepare paperwork and real estate documents through the workflow process.
• Track and update sales reports, dashboards, contact reports and scorecards.
• Assist in facilitating mortgage process with lender coordination.
• Stock model homes and closing gifts for the community.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Work with customers visiting the sales center.
• Demonstrate model home and present features to customers.
