Page AMG seeks a Lead Concierge for a luxury Buckhead high-rise in Atlanta. You will lead the 24-hour concierge team, deliver exceptional front desk service, and support the Assistant General Manager with training and daily coordination.

The role emphasizes hospitality, attention to detail, and a professional, welcoming resident experience across day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Base compensation reflects luxury service standards and advancement opportunities.

Formación

• Minimum two years of experience in concierge services, luxury hospitality, hotel guest services, residential services, or similar customer-facing role.
• Previous experience as a team lead, shift supervisor, senior concierge, or comparable leadership role.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance, communication, and demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm and solutions-oriented in challenging situations.
• Ability to use computers and service management software.
• Dependability, punctuality, and commitment to consistent service standards.
• Ability to work onsite in Buckhead and accommodate occasional schedule adjustments.

Responsabilidades

• Greet residents and guests warmly, professionally, and by name whenever possible.
• Develop positive relationships with residents while respecting privacy.
• Anticipate resident needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Respond to inquiries with care, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Assist residents with amenity reservations, service coordination, and building inquiries.
• Handle resident concerns calmly and escalate sensitive matters when appropriate.
• Maintain a polished, welcoming lobby environment.
• Perform regular front desk duties as part of the 24-hour concierge coverage.
• Assist with visitor registration, access procedures, deliveries, and package management.
• Coordinate with building management, engineering, and housekeeping regarding resident needs.
• Move-in/out coordination and contractor access tasks.
• Ensure concierge workspaces remain organized and presentable.
