Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, front desk operations, or guest services.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor.

• Ability to manage multiple requests while remaining calm and courteous.
• Dependability and punctuality.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn building management software.

Responsibilities
