This is a leadership position for someone who understands that exceptional service is found in the details, relationships matter, and a residential community should offer the attentiveness of a luxury hotel with the comfort and familiarity of home.

The Opportunity

The General Manager will oversee daily operations of a luxury condominium high rise, leading a team responsible for concierge services, engineering, maintenance, housekeeping, and resident relations.

As the primary onsite representative of Page AMG, the General Manager will establish a culture of genuine hospitality, operational excellence, accountability, and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build professional relationships with residents and anticipate their needs.

  • Establish hospitality standards for resident interactions, communication, responsiveness, and follow-through.

  • Personally oversee the resolution of sensitive resident concerns.

  • Develop thoughtful welcome experiences and resident engagement initiatives.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance convenience, comfort, and the overall residential experience.

  • Promote a culture where every resident feels valued and every interaction matters.

Team Leadership
  • Lead and support onsite concierge, engineering, maintenance, and housekeeping personnel.

  • Establish clear expectations for professionalism, appearance, service, and accountability.

  • Conduct team meetings, service briefings, and employee coaching.

  • Coordinate staffing schedules and ensure consistent service coverage.

  • Partner with Page AMG leadership on recruitment, training, evaluations, and employee development.

  • Recognize exceptional performance and foster a positive workplace culture.

Building Operations
  • Oversee daily building operations, maintenance, cleanliness, and presentation.

  • Coordinate with building engineering personnel on preventive maintenance and repairs.

  • Monitor work orders and ensure timely completion and resident communication.

  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee service quality.

  • Conduct regular property inspections and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Coordinate building projects, inspections, and emergency response procedures.

  • Ensure building operations meet established safety and service standards.

Board & Association Relations
  • Serve as the primary onsite liaison to the condominium association's Board of Directors.

  • Attend scheduled board meetings and provide operational updates.

  • Prepare management reports addressing maintenance, staffing, projects, and resident services.

  • Implement board-approved policies and operational initiatives.

  • Coordinate with the association's separately retained financial management provider.

  • Maintain organized operational records and support compliance with association governing documents.

Service Excellence & Continuous Improvement
  • Develop and maintain consistent operating procedures across departments.

  • Monitor resident feedback and identify service improvement opportunities.

  • Implement training programs that reinforce hospitality and professionalism.

  • Encourage proactive problem-solving and thoughtful service recovery.

  • Continually evaluate how the property can deliver an exceptional residential experience.

Required Qualifications
  • Active Georgia Community Association Manager (CAM) license in good standing.

  • Minimum three years of leadership experience in community association management, luxury residential property management, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated experience supervising employees and managing multiple operational functions.

  • Strong understanding of condominium association operations, governing documents, and board relationships.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated commitment to exceptional hospitality and resident service.

  • Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.

  • Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience managing a luxury condominium or high-rise residential property.

  • Experience leading concierge, housekeeping, engineering, or maintenance teams.

  • Background in luxury hospitality, hotel operations, or private club management.

  • CMCA, AMS, PCAM, or other relevant professional designations.

  • Experience developing employee training programs and hospitality service standards.
