Job summary

AimHire is seeking a Senior Community Manager to lead a premier luxury high-rise in Denver. You will own resident experience, day-to-day operations, financial performance, and onsite team leadership at a top Class A property with upscale amenities and complex building systems.

This direct-hire, onsite role offers a base salary around $130K with 15% bonus eligibility, relocation assistance for qualified candidates, and close alignment with ownership priorities to deliver exceptional resident

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive property management leadership experience, with at least 5 years managing a Class A luxury multifamily community.
• Experience leading teams of 10 or more.
• Solid working knowledge of Fair Housing requirements and standard property operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of the property's business plan and annual operating goals.
• Track key performance indicators and deliver timely reports.
• Manage revenue, expenses, and controllable costs to hit NOI targets.
• Oversee budgeting, receivables, payables, and vendor contracts.
• Direct daily operations to maintain premium service and safety.
