Job summary

LCOR Incorporated seeks a seasoned Community Manager for a 463-unit mixed-use high-rise in Brooklyn, NY. Lead apartment operations, budgeting, maintenance, leasing, and resident relations, directing a team to maintain exceptional service and compliant operations.

3–5 years in community management with Yardi and MS Office proficiency; CPM/CAM credentials preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in Community Management.
• Experience with MS Office/Word/Excel and Yardi.
• 421a experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day operations of the community.
• Create and maintain excellent resident relations.
• Oversee maintenance with the maintenance team.
• Manage financial responsibilities on the community.
• Oversee rental collections.
• Handle personnel issues.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies.
• Lead marketing efforts for the community.
• Administer vendor contracts.
• Manage Revenue Management/Pricing.
• Oversee renovations with Maintenance Supervisor.
• Occasional weekend or after-hours work as needed.
