Job summary

LCOR is seeking a Community Manager for the 463-unit mixed-use high-rise community at 1515 Surf Apartments in Brooklyn, NY. You will oversee all apartment operations, staff, budgeting, and resident relations to maintain top service levels and fiscal health.

The role requires 3-5 years of community management experience, proficiency in Yardi and MS Office, and a track record of leading high-performance teams in luxury properties. CPM/CAM credentials are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Community Management.
• Experience with MS Office/Word/Excel and Yardi.
• 421a experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• CPM or CAM credential strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• High-rise luxury/lease-up experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the community.
• Create, maintain and encourage excellent resident relations.
• Oversee maintenance with the maintenance team.
• Manage financial responsibilities and budgeting for the community.
• Oversee rental collection processes.
• Handle personnel issues within the community.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies and laws.
• Manage marketing activities and vendor contracts.
• Oversee revenue management/pricing.
• Coordinate property renovations with Maintenance Supervisor.
• Availability for weekends/after-hours as needed.
