Job summary

LCOR Incorporated in Brooklyn seeks a Leasing Consultant for a new 463-unit high‑rise in Coney Island. You will tour prospective residents, respond to inquiries, process applications, prepare lease paperwork and generate reports.

Strong customer service and communication skills are essential; weekend work is required. Yardi experience is a plus, as is high-rise leasing experience. The role includes a competitive salary with commission and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in sales and customer service.
• Experience with high-rise lease-up preferred.
• Knowledge of Yardi Software is a plus.
• Working knowledge of LRO is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Working most weekends is necessary (2 days off during the week).
• Working during inclement weather is also necessary.

Responsibilities

• Tour prospective residents and lease apartments.
• Answer leasing calls and respond to online inquiries.
• Process applications and prepare lease paperwork; generate reports.
• Resolve resident issues or concerns.
• Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requests.
• Market the community via online ads, corporate outreach and social media.
