Job summary

LuxHoldups, a NYC-based hardware design studio, seeks a Luxury Hardware Customer Support & Sales Associate for a hybrid, part-time role in New York City (Clinton Hill/Dumbo). You will manage quotes, respond to inquiries across phone, email, Instagram, and website messaging, and coordinate with production on lead times.

You’ll advise on tailored hardware orders with a design-centric perspective, handle orders, returns, and CRM tickets, and help maintain product imagery and pricing accuracy while

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of sales or customer service experience in design or luxury goods
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; calm demeanor under pressure
• Highly organized and self-motivated; takes initiative and solves problems
• Proficient with CRMs and inventory/order management systems

Responsibilities

• Manage current sales cycle from start to finish: generate quotes, respond to inquiries, evaluate lead times, manage invoices and communicate order needs with production team
• Provide outstanding sales and support across phone, email, Instagram, and website messaging
• Advise customers on tailored hardware orders with a design-centric perspective
• Process returns, exchanges, and support resolution follow-ups
• Track and organize visual assets and ensure pricing and imagery accuracy
