Job summary

Sofitel Philadelphia at Rittenhouse Square is seeking a polished Guest Service Agent to welcome guests in a luxury environment, manage check-in and check-out, and handle in-house requests with warmth and precision.

You will enroll guests in the ALL Accor program, answer inquiries, and tailor experiences to create memorable stays while promoting hotel facilities and maintaining cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a luxury hospitality role or a hotel school degree.
• Experience with Word and Excel and hotel messaging systems.
• Detail-oriented, organized and willing to go above and beyond to deliver luxury service.
• Flexible with days and hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out in a luxury environment.
• Handle incoming guest calls and fulfill in-house requests.
• Enroll guests in the ALL Accor frequent guest program.
• Respond to inquiries and tailor experiences to ensure a memorable stay.
• Deliver luxury service, be efficient, empowered and cordial.
• Manage a cash bank and follow cash handling procedures.
• Promote hotel facilities and upsell where appropriate.
