Qualifications

Polished, service-minded professional with exceptional customer service skills.
Experience with Opera Cloud or similar PMS is a plus.
Detail-oriented and organized; willing to go above and beyond to deliver luxury service.
Minimum 2 years in a luxury hotel setting or hotel school degree.
Flexibility with days and hours.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests in a luxury environment, handling check-in and checkout with a warm farewell.
Answer inbound hotel calls and assist in-house guests with requests.
Enroll guests in ALL Accor frequent guest program.
Address inquiries and tailor experiences to create memorable stays.
Deliver luxury service, be efficient, empowered and cordial; manage cash bank.
