Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Guest Relations Agent to handle pre-arrival guest calls and arrangements, partnering with multiple hotel teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.

The role requires exceptional communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage guest requests in a fast-paced luxury environment. Weekend, night, and holiday availability is often needed to support resort operations.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 2+ years in luxury hotel industry preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Exceptional guest recovery skills.
• Able to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and surrounding area amenities.
• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services by making preparations or identifying providers.
• Review, log, and maintain guest preferences, traces, and profiles.
• Develop and maintain positive guest communication prior to arrival and post departure.
• Answer, record, and process guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Coordinate with Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Concierge to resolve guest needs.
