Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; plus experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or related client-facing role preferred.
• Experience working in a luxury environment is highly desirable.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and create meaningful guest connections.
• Professional, polished appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury retail environment.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM platforms; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
• Knowledge of luxury jewelry, watches, and premium brands is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests upon arrival, creating a positive first impression.
• Provide personalized introductions and transitions between clients and sales professionals.
• Offer beverages and hospitality services to ensure guest comfort.
• Manage guest flow and appointment scheduling to maximize service efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain a luxury environment reflecting Ben Bridge standards.
• Assist with guest inquiries in a professional, solution-oriented manner.
• Support clienteling by maintaining accurate guest profiles and CRM data.
• Help strengthen client relationships through follow-up communications and appointment coordination.
• Work with the sales team to ensure a seamless, personalized client journey.
• Assist with CRM management, data entry, appointment tracking, and administrative tasks.
• Order, organize, and maintain hospitality supplies and materials.
• Ensure refreshments and presentation areas are stocked and well-maintained.
• Support reporting and other duties as assigned by store leadership.
• Maintain store appearance and merchandise presentation on the sales floor.
• Assist with merchandising, displays, and promotional setups.
• Restock merchandise and supplies as needed.
