Ben Bridge Jeweler at Bellevue Square is seeking a full-time Guest Services & Point of Sale Specialist. The role blends POS accuracy, client service, and after-sale support, delivering a seamless luxury experience.

You will handle transactions, client interactions, and coordination of service requests in a fast-paced retail setting. Requirements include a high school diploma and 2+ years in customer-facing roles; luxury/jewelry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in retail, hospitality, client services, or another customer-facing environment preferred.
• Luxury retail, jewelry, concierge, or high-touch hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience using point-of-sale, CRM, appointment, or service-tracking systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions, payments, financing apps, returns, exchanges, gift cards, promos, and special orders.
• Balance cash, card and other tender types; complete reconciliations and research variances.
• Protect client and payment information; follow fraud-prevention, loss-prevention and privacy procedures.
• Support store opening, closing, and end-of-day procedures.
• Welcome guests, assess needs, and connect them with the right team member.
• Deliver an efficient checkout; ensure each client departs feeling valued.
• Respond to questions, feedback, and concerns; escalate as needed.
• Manage calls, messages, appointments, and general inquiries.
