Ben Bridge Jeweler is seeking a full-time Guest Services & Point of Sale Specialist at our Bellevue, WA location. The role emphasizes luxury client experiences, precise transaction processing, and post-sale service support.

You will handle sales, payments, returns, gift cards, and customer communications while upholding brand standards and confidentiality in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of experience in retail, hospitality, client services, or another customer-facing environment preferred.
• Luxury retail, jewelry, concierge, or high-touch hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions and payments accurately per policy.
• Balance and reconcile cash and card transactions.
• Protect client and payment information per security procedures.
• Welcome guests and provide a personalized checkout experience.
• Coordinate post-sale requests and service inquiries.
• Maintain organized POS stations and back-of-house supplies.
• Support store events, trunk shows, and merchandising updates.
