The role combines POS expertise, client issue resolution, and after-sale support in a fast-paced luxury retail setting.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of experience in retail, hospitality, client services, administrative support, or another customer-facing environment preferred.
• Luxury retail, jewelry, concierge, or high-touch hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience using point-of-sale, CRM, appointment, or service-tracking systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process sales transactions, payments, financing applications, returns, exchanges, gift cards, promotional transactions, and special orders per policy.
• Balance cash, card, and other tenders; complete reconciliations and research variances.
• Protect client and payment information; follow fraud-prevention and privacy procedures.
• Assist with store opening, closing, and end-of-day transaction procedures.
