Ben Bridge Jeweler Bellevue Square is seeking a full-time Guest Services & Point of Sale Specialist. You will process sales, payments and returns accurately, assist guests, and maintain luxury service standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Your role includes client-first service, post-sale support, appointment handling, and coordination of special orders. Prior luxury retail or jewelry experience is preferred; strong discretion and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of experience in retail, hospitality, client services, administrative support, or another customer-facing environment preferred.
• Luxury retail, jewelry, watch, concierge, or high-touch hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions, payments, financing applications, returns, exchanges, gift cards, promotional transactions, and special orders accurately.
• Balance cash, credit card, and other tender types; complete reconciliations and research variances.
• Protect client and payment information; follow fraud-prevention and privacy procedures.
• Support store opening/closing and end-of-day procedures.
