Ben Bridge Jeweler in Seattle's University Village Timeworks store seeks a full-time sales associate with fine jewelry or luxury sales experience. You will develop customer relationships, present jewelry knowledge, and maintain client records with our technology.

The role emphasizes outstanding service, team collaboration, and a flexible holiday schedule, with a base hourly pay plus monthly bonuses and benefits.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of selling experience in a retail environment.
• Or a combination of 3+ years of customer service experience and education.
• Fluent in English; bilingual is a plus.
• Flexible with work schedule including holidays.
• Detail oriented with strong integrity.
• Goal oriented and sales driven.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop authentic relationships with customers and provide personalized recommendations.
• Acquire in-depth product knowledge and explain features and benefits.
• Engage with customers and maintain records using company tech.
• Inspect and advise on jewelry and timepiece repairs.
