Aman New York seeks a Guest Experience Manager to spearhead the guest journey from pre-arrival to post-departure, ensuring unparalleled recognition and service in a luxury setting.

Responsibilities include reviewing profiles for pre-arrival prep, crafting bespoke itineraries, coordinating with departments, and aligning suite prep with VIP expectations. Flexibility for day/evening shifts and a collaborative, energetic hospitality mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office or Housekeeping within luxury settings.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Flexibility to work day, evening, overnight, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the guest journey point of contact from pre-arrival to post-departure.
• Review guest profiles and reservations for pre-arrival planning.
• Curate customised itineraries based on guest purpose and preferences.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests promptly.
• Inspect suites, prep for VIP arrivals, and ensure high standards.
• Direct delivery of amenities and luggage, follow-up as needed.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure proper resolutions.
• Conduct daily room checks and refresh amenities in line with Brand Promises.
• Meet and greet guests on arrival, during stay, and on departure.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
