Job summary

Aman New York invites applications for a Front Office Agent to welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and deliver ultra-luxury service. You will maintain guest history data, respond promptly to inquiries, and support smooth arrivals and departures in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires English fluency, a courteous demeanor, and comfort with Office software. Prior Opera PMS knowledge is a plus, and a hotel background is preferred for this prestigious property in Manhattan.

Qualifications

• 1 year of luxury hotel front office experience.
• Hotel school or college degree is a plus.
• Excellent communication in English; multilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs all Front Office Assigned functions, preparing and executing an ideal Aman New York Journey to guests.
• Check-in and Check-out of Hotel Guests and Club Members.
• Managing chats with Guest/Club Member movement, Arrival & Departure, etc.
• Maintain the highest quality database relating to Guest History.
