Job summary

Aman New York, part of Aman Group, seeks a Concierge Supervisor to lead the concierge team on the desk, supporting the Chef Concierge and Assistant Chef Concierge in daily operations. This hands-on role acts as senior on shift, coordinating with multiple departments to deliver a seamless Aman New York experience.

Applicants should have 3+ years in luxury hotel concierge, with supervisory exposure, and a strong NYC dining and transport network.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years concierge experience in a luxury hotel, including at least one year in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Member of the NYC Association of Hotel Concierges (preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of New York City dining, culture, attractions, and transportation; established vendor network.
• Ability to train, delegate, and uphold service standards across a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Concierge team and assist leadership.
• Lead pre-shift briefings for VIP arrivals and special occasions.
• Maintain vendor contacts, bookings, and partner information.
• Assist guests with reservations, tickets, and transportation.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Guest Experience, Spa, F&B and Security to deliver seamless service.
• Support guest satisfaction, service recovery and continuous improvements.
• Develop SOPs and training materials; assist with staffing as needed.
