Qualifications

• Experience in luxury guest service or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate complex itineraries and guest requests.
• Knowledge of front desk, housekeeping, and concierge operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate personalized experiences for Specialty Suite, Elite, VIP, and designated guests.
• Partner with Lanaʻi Ambassadors and resort departments to arrange guest communications, amenities, and welcome gifts.
• Monitor upcoming arrivals and VIP stays to anticipate guest needs and maintain accurate profiles.
• Prepare itineraries, reports, and operational documentation to support daily Guest Experience operations.
• Maintain inventory and presentation of VIP amenities and guest gifts to uphold luxury standards.
