Qualifications

• Availability to work scheduled days and times, including holidays and weekends.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to travel to Lānaʻi as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound sales and guest inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
• Optimize rates and inventory to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Coordinate personalized guest experiences through detailed Golden Profile management.
