Job summary

SeaBreeze Vacation seeks a personable Luxury Guest Experience & Concierge Specialist to deliver personalized service for Concierge Collection guests. You’ll be the dedicated contact from pre-arrival to checkout, coordinating details, sharing local tips, and ensuring a seamless, memorable stay.

You’ll build rapport, tailor experiences, and collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for enhancements and revenue. This is a full-time, in-office role centered on hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality, concierge, or guest services.
• Polished communication and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple guests and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Be the dedicated contact for Concierge Collection guests from booking to checkout.
• Build relationships via calls, texts, emails, and proactive updates.
• Personalize experiences using guest preferences and trip details.
• Coordinate dining, activities, transportation, rentals, and local experiences.
• Handle early check-ins, late check-outs, and special occasions.
• Suggest SeaBreeze services and partners to enhance stays.
• Prepare guests with arrival details and verify information before arrival.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and follow-up on requests.
• Work with Operations, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and partners as needed.
