Job summary

SeaBreeze Vacation on Anna Maria Island seeks a Luxury Guest Experience & Concierge Specialist to provide personalized service to guests in our Concierge Collection homes. You’ll be the dedicated point of contact from pre-arrival through checkout, handling requests and tailoring each stay with local insights.

This full-time, in-office role offers an hourly rate of $25.00, with bonus opportunities and benefits, and a schedule of 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in hospitality, concierge services, guest services, reservations, vacation rentals, hotels, or resorts.
• A warm, polished communication style and the ability to quickly build rapport with guests
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple guests, requests, deadlines, and priorities at the same time
• A proactive approach to guest service with the ability to anticipate needs and spot potential issues early
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Anna Maria Island and the surrounding area, or the enthusiasm to quickly become a local expert
• Comfortable learning and working within reservation, communication, and guest‑management technology
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced hospitality environment

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for assigned Concierge Collection guests from confirmed reservation through checkout
• Build relationships with guests through personalized calls, texts, emails, and proactive communication
• Learn about each guest's trip, preferences, celebrations, special requests, and vacation plans to personalize their experience
• Help guests plan their stay with recommendations for dining, activities, transportation, rentals, local experiences, and other services
• Coordinate requests such as early check-ins, late check-outs, golf carts, special occasions, and applicable Concierge Collection benefits
• Recommend SeaBreeze services, enhancements, and preferred partners that add value to the guest experience while generating additional revenue
• Prepare guests for arrival by ensuring they have the information and details they need for a smooth stay
• Review upcoming reservations and proactively identify missing information, special requests, or potential issues before arrival
• Maintain accurate guest profiles, reservation notes, preferences, requests, and follow-up items
• Check in with guests after arrival to ensure the home meets expectations and address any immediate questions or needs
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions and requests before and during their stay
• Coordinate with Operations, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Management, and local partners when additional support is needed
• Follow through on guest requests and commitments to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Support the broader Guest Services team during busy periods and as operational needs arise
