Job summary

Kohler Co. Riverbend is seeking a Guest Experience Attendant (Butler) to warmly welcome guests and manage arrivals with a sense of arrival. You will register guests in the property management system, escort them to rooms, and assist with reservations for resort properties.

We value strong communication and physical ability to lift 25–50 pounds. This full-time role includes shifting hours between early morning and late evening, including weekends and holidays, at Kohler's premier Riverbend estate.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid regular driver's license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to lift 25-50 pounds daily.
• Weekend and holiday availability; shifts may start as early as 5am or end as late as 1am.
• One to two years of experience in luxury hospitality preferred.
• Experience with property management systems or hotel front desk is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open the door and greet guests with a proper greeting and last name.
• Register guests in the property management system.
• Escort guests to their rooms with luggage.
• Valet guest's vehicle or provide parking directions if self-park.
• Assist guests with reservations for resort properties.
• Maintain a clean work area including front desk and public spaces.
• Maintain furniture arrangement as required by season or event.
• Provide in-depth knowledge of facilities and hours of operation, plus daily activities.
• Inform supervisor of any guest problems or unusual circumstances.
