Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking a Public Area Attendant for Riverbend, an onsite position in Kohler, WI. You will keep lobbies and public facilities tidy, respond to guest requests, and refresh member rooms in the evenings as a turndown attendant.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work weekends/holidays with flexible shifts from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Previous hotel/lodging experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma preferred but not required.
• Must be able to read and understand instructions.
• Must speak, write, and understand English.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean public areas including lobbies, restrooms, dining areas and front desk.
• Maintain dining room, boardroom and spa areas as needed.
• Sweep, vacuum and mop public areas; post caution signs as required.
• Polish furniture and fixtures; vacuum and polish elevators.
• Assist members in Public Areas and respond to requests promptly.
• Perform housekeeping tasks and report maintenance issues to supervisor.
