Job summary

Single Barrel Hospitality in Kentucky seeks an Ambassador who will own the guest experience from arrival to departure, coordinating reservations, local experiences, and personalized touches to create memorable stays.

You will serve as a host across hotel operations, guiding guests, responding to requests with discretion, and maintaining a calm, professional presence while aligning with the hotel’s standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of guest/customer service experience in luxury goods or services.
• Professional proficiency of the English language in reading, writing and verbal communication.
• Valid driver's license and ability to assist with parking guests as needed.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills to create spreadsheets or proposals.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and push a bell cart up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate passion and genuine care for all aspects of a guest’s experience, handling interactions with hospitality and professionalism.
• Own all aspects of a guest’s experience from beginning to end with accurate reservations, inviting arrivals, and seamless departures.
• Accommodate special requests, using sound judgment to align with service standards.
• Serve as tour guide for hotel experiences and personalize touches based on guest preferences.
• Demonstrate mastery of hotel systems to ensure accurate information across channels from pre-arrival to post-departure.
• Collaborate with coworkers and departments to ensure guest needs are met and feedback is addressed.
• Be flexible and ready to support the guest experience by wearing multiple hats as needed.
