Job summary

The Aldenburg Hotel is seeking an Ambassador who elevates every guest’s experience through attentive, personalized hospitality. You will own the guest journey from reservation to departure, arrange local experiences, and respond to requests with proactive, thoughtful service.

The role blends front‑of‑house hospitality with detailed knowledge of the hotel and community. You will collaborate across departments, adapt to guest needs, and wear multiple hats as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of guest/customer service experience in luxury goods or services.
• Professional proficiency of the English language in reading, writing and verbal communication.
• Valid driver’s license and successful Motor Vehicle Report to assist in parking guest vehicles as needed.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word to create spreadsheets or proposals.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. for handling guest luggage.
• Ability to push a bell cart with guest luggage up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate passion and genuine care for all aspects of a guest’s experience with hospitality and professionalism.
• Own all aspects of a guest’s experience from beginning to end, including reservations, arrival, local experiences, and departure.
• Accommodate special requests whenever possible to enhance the guest experience.
• Serve as a tour guide for hotel experiences and personalize guest interactions.
• Master the hotel systems to input, update, and respond across communication channels.
