Qualifications

• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and sincere welcome.
• Provide information and assistance to guests regarding city and hotel attractions.
• Book reservations for guests inside the resort and at outside facilities.
• Log guest requests and follow up with guests.
• Familiarize oneself with day’s arrivals and group activities.
• Maintain communication with Reception and other departments regarding guest activity or special needs.
