Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is seeking a Group Sales Manager to promote and sell luxury group business across assigned segments and territories. You will cultivate client relationships, negotiate contracts, conduct site visits, and collaborate with Revenue Management, Catering & Conference Services, and Marketing to exceed revenue goals.

The role requires strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, with travel as needed and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel sales, group sales, hospitality sales, or related business development.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell group opportunities across market segments and territories.
• Identify, solicit, and secure new business through outreach and networking.
• Develop relationships with meeting planners, corporate clients, associations, and third-party intermediaries.
• Conduct site inspections and hosted events to showcase resort facilities.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue while maintaining profitability.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Catering & Conference Services, and Marketing to drive sales performance.
• Maintain accurate account information, forecasting, and pipeline data in CRM.
• Represent Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach at industry events and tradeshows.
• Build long-term client relationships through regular engagement and follow-up.
