Four Seasons Palm Beach is hiring a Guest Experience Ambassador to identify and implement personalized guest experiences across all resort areas. You will support guest experience initiatives, coordinating with department leaders to drive service consistency and guest loyalty.

The role reports to the Guest Experience Manager within Rooms Division. A passion for luxury hospitality and guest-centric service is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years hospitality or luxury service experience.
• Exceptional guest service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to create personalized guest experiences across the resort.
• Coordinate guest experience initiatives across departments for seamless service.
• Develop and implement guest-centric programs and improvements.
• Partner with managers to ensure consistent execution of guest experience plans.
• Identify VIP guests and support personalization during their stay.
• Suggest innovative ways to deliver anticipatory service experiences.
• Coordinate pre-arrival and post-departure guest communications.
