Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue is seeking a Group Selling Manager to drive sales by developing and managing effective selling teams, while modeling clienteling behaviors and delivering an enhanced customer experience. Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in retail.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 year degree is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Ability to mobilize across locations and lead a large selling team.

Responsibilities

• Guide clienteling culture and use of technology to drive sales and engagement.
• Coach Selling Managers to lead selling and model clienteling behaviors.
• Oversee the majority of Selling Managers in departments and drive talent development.
• Lead ongoing training for Brand Ambassadors to enhance product knowledge.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and Talent Development to place top talent.
